GEORGE COUNTY, Miss. (WKRG) — A Mobile man was arrested Sunday in Mississippi after he allegedly stole a vehicle with four passengers inside, according to the George County Sheriff’s Office.

A GCSO news release said a woman called the sheriff’s office early Sunday to report her car had been stolen.

An adult and the victim’s children were reportedly in the vehicle.

“While checking on a vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway on Highway 98 near the weigh station, the victim reported that a male jumped in her vehicle and took her vehicle along with her children and the adult occupant,” the release said.
